Everyone can cook at home (or at least cook more often at home).  The most frequent excuse is not having enough time, whether you're running from one thing to the next or just don't want to spend that much time in the kitchen.  But here is a recipe list for you with six meals that take 30 minutes or less to prepare and are more "beginner" kitchen skill set level... plus a weekend breakfast recipe.  And the grocery list is already organized and ready for you!

This week of meals includes chicken, seafood, and vegetarian recipes and is a mix of Italian, Mexican, Asian, American foods to get a nice variety and keep you from getting bored.  Give it a try and see how easy it is to prepare an entire week of homemade meals for you and your family!  :)
