Weekly Menu

This weekend was all about beer for us.  My husband's parents came down to visit and we checked out the new tap room at Wolf's Ridge Brewing (where you can get a flight for $12) and then Seventh Sons Brewing on Friday.  Then on Saturday was Columbus Winter Beer Fest where there were over 100 breweries (mostly local) serving up samples for beer drinkers to find new favorites.  And then today... the Super Bowl and beer just go together (considering half of the commercials are for Budweiser).  My Untappd app thinks I have a problem now.

 

Still having fun playing with our new coffee gadgets making mochas on the weekends and then Snoop was "helping" put the last of our Christmas decorations away for the year.  I was joking that we have less than 10 months before it goes back up, should we just leave it there... but could you imagine Christmas wreaths out during the summer?!  Nope... all about sunshine and flowers at that point, not pine and snowflakes.

make ahead mexican stuffed shells
